Blog Series - Curves around the World - Curvy Plus size Outfits - WEEK #32 GRUNGE

This week's theme is very similar to a previous one- 'rock chick' (see photos below or click the link to see in detail). My outfit, hair and make up fitted the theme well and I really liked the look and how it turned out.
As I knew I had showed the make up look in detail, the hair I would do and an outfit in similar style, for this week I decided to show a similar look and keeping some elements pretty similar. It's important to be able to wear your core items of clothing in different ways and to change up the look with accessories. Most things are pieces we all have in our wardrobes and I like doing looks you can recreate and take inspiration from that are wearable and accessible to buy the pieces.

  1. Oh I like that clutch and that necklace! I agree, I like clothes that I can wear in different ways but you can change up with accessories. I think your inspiration outfit is great. :)

  4. I like your point that by buying basics, you can style them to fit different themes. It's all in the accessories. Black is so classic, and you're right, it can go from mod, to French chic, to rocker chick, to grunge, to Baroque, etc.

  5. Thank you for reminding me that grunge can be rock chic as well. Sometimes I forget it's not all about flannel and garage band music ;)
